Good Stategies in Zendikar draft.

I personally like going control at my FNM every week, but a lot of the pros said going aggro was very good and that control was garbage.

What do you guys think..

For Limited control works until you go up against an aggro deck ha ha.

Absurd as it sounds unless your control features a board sweeper that costs less than 3 mana you'll be in a world of hurt. The only sweeper such as pycrolasm availiable is not in zen limited and so control is a hard topic to bring up in a format that can burst creatures in fast and put you below ten health by turn 4.

I thought that for a long time, and still agree somewhat. However, running a couple [card]kraken hatchling[/card] has actually helped me win agro matchups with control. Because control is seldom frequented these days, it tends to be a later pick than it probably deserves; as an immediate 0/4 blocker it heads off turn 2-3 hits in many circumstances, or eats an attack phase and a removal spell. It's tough to get through, and it frequently buys me the turn it takes to get my feet under me, especially on the draw. I love to side it in after I win game 1 against agro, or in game 3.
